How a weekend visit tends to go

1 · Book by phone

Call ahead, especially for Friday's shorter evening seating or a larger group — the signature menu is best reserved.

2 · Dinner in the guard house

Settle into the candlelit dining room for the signature tasting menu, with vegetarian and vegan courses on request.

3 · Drinks, then karaoke

Move to the terrace for a cocktail or local beer, and stay for karaoke on the nights it runs — ask when you book.

Murmure du Château keeps a deliberately short week — every open hour is built around a full dinner service and, on weekend evenings, drinks and karaoke afterward.
